We live in an ever increasing busy world with information coming from all directions. It can be hard to stay in the present as we are either living in the past or trying to plan for the future. All this can all lead to a mind/body disconnect leading to anxiety, low mood, over busyness and physical illness, the list is endless.

Our bodies are a barometer for our emotional state but we often see the mind and body as separate and are not aware of how the two parts are working together or not. In therapy we work to connect you to the body and the mind to gain a greater understanding of your problems and understand yourself as a whole person. This can be through breath work or movement, whatever feels right for you and at your pace. As you read this, consider if your breathing or holding your breath.
